Checks V/S Patterns

Does life have Checks OR Patterns planned for us?

Does it(life) have these normal plain checks in hand that go in one way only or some other patterns?

The above picture shows me checks that are red and black and in some places blue. It's complex but added with a simple cropped top. The blue adds the feel of checks.

Is it simple like the cropped top the model is wearing or can it go haywire.. ?

Patterns

It's the same colour but the checks are patterned, as they are smaller than the above ones. Only 2 colours add the feel of the patterns and the fact that you can wear it in any way and it will still look fashionable.!

So I guess that BOTH CHECKS AND PATTERNS ARE RELATED TO EACH OTHER
